- As a result of By & Havn's establishment of Lynetteholm, Biofos' existing emergency overflows from the biological basins and the outlet tower at the Lynetten are affected, among other things. The contractor must carry out restructuring of emergency overflows from existing the biological basins and outlet tower to go around Lynetteholmens Perimeter (hereafter the "project"). Today, emergency overflows can be made by the non -predictable incidents (power outage, damper that stops in closed state, breach of wires, etc.). Thus, maintaining the function of emergency overflow is essential.
