Description:
As part of the establishment of the "eatery" in the university town of Aarhus, FEAS Business P/S (hereafter "FEAS") now offers construction and construction work in connection with the renovation, renovation and new building of building 1802/19B at University City 38, 8000 Aarhus C- in the former Aarhus Municipal Hospital. ProjectT includes an existing area (built in 1938) of approx. 1,250 m2, including basement, and approx. 900 m2 new construction, including basement. The building previously served as dining rooms for doctors, nursing staff and house assistants. In addition, there were teaching rooms for the nursing students in the building. TheExisting building is preserved and renovated/transformed. Along the south facade of the building is a new saddle roof building, building 1800, with the same width and height as the existing building.
The eatery must contain canteen facilities for students as well as other users in the university town. In addition, pCalm, kitchen facilities are established, including production kitchen (daily production of about 900 envelopes), and dining areas with approx. 400 seats. The execution of the eatery must be done in 12 separate contracts, including one (1) large contract Samt 11 Professional contracts. In the case of this EU tendering process, 1 of the total of 12 contracts is offered, as the remaining contracts are competitive or competitioned in other ways....
