Description: The tender relates to a contract that includes an IT system that will support the grant area in the Culture and Leisure Administration (KFF). The IT system must be used for handling grants within several grant areas, pools and schemes in KFF and must be able to be used by caseworkers, managers, applicants/grants recipients in the grant process from the application are sent for follow-up and final payment. The IT system must be based on an already existing solution with the supplier (standard system) with configuration and adaptation to KFF's needs and requirements. After implementing the IT system, the supplier must make his operating environment available in connection with the delivery of the IT system and its services. The delivery also includes configuration, training and training of the client's internal employees.
