Description:
The tender, which is implemented as a limited tender, cf. sections 58-60 of the Tendering Act relates to a framework agreement on technical advice. The offered framework agreement includes classic client consultancy in connection with the tendering of total consulting and total contract, as well as construction management and supervision during execution and assistance in Connection with submission and 1 year inspection as well as client consultancy in connection with the implementation of general projects in accordance with the delegated builder model, cf. section 116 of the Housing Act.
The framework agreement also includes the examination of project material and design tasks in connection with overall plans and minor renovation tasks such as window replacement or facade replacement.
