The tender, which is implemented as a public tender in accordance with the rules thereof in sections 56-57 of the Tendering Act,relates to a framework agreement on the supply of strategic advice in connection with the planning and implementation of the supply of urban development areas and municipal areas in Aarhus Municipality. The offered framework agreement is one of a total of 3 framework agreements on the same benefit. It is expected that the value of the framework agreements offeredOver a 4-year period, DKK 8,000,000.00 is excl. VAT, and that the maximum value of the framework agreements for the same 4-year period amounts to DKK 11,000,000.00 excl. VAT. The framework agreements are not exclusive and the consultant is not secured a minimum turnover on the framework agreement. The framework agreement expires without separate notice3 years after signing on the agreement, but the City of Aarhus is entitled to extend the contract by up to 1 year, if the City of Aarhus gives written notice of this no later than 1 month before the termination of the 3-year framework agreement.and mapping of planning bonds for a given area
