Description:
Metroselskabet I/S and the Capital of Letbane I/S offers a framework agreement regarding Media agency services for the period 2026-2028 and with option on extension for twice 1 year. The framework agreement is awarded a single supplier. The framework agreement is not exclusive, that is, agreement can be made with other suppliersabout the services the framework agreement deals with. No minimum turnover is guaranteed under the framework agreement. The framework agreement relates to the following services: i) Strategic advisory riff. Media Strategy,
II) Media Planting, Media Purchase and Tracking,
III) Annual Planning and Budget Allocation,
IV) Detail Planning,
v) Execution of Campaigns in collaboration with Advertising Agency,
vi) Reporting, analyzes and evaluation,
vii) Inspiration and "Best Practices"
After the pre -qualification and receipt of initial offers, the tender will be expected of a negotiation phase, receipt ofRevised offer, possibly additional negotiating rounds and awarding of contract.
Contracting entity reserves the right to
• To award on the basis of the initial offers
• To complete the negotiating meetings in writing
• To invite all the tenderers who have submitted an offer before the submission deadlineto negotiation meetings
• To negotiate all parts of the tender material with the exception of basic elements that include criteria for
award
at the negotiation meeting only selected parts of the contracting entry of the contracting entry will be discussed as it is not possible to inform about allcontractors ...
