Description:
EIFO wants to enter into a framework agreement on communication and promotional services. The framework agreement is divided into four sub -agreements:
• Sub -Agreement 1: Communication Advice
• Sub -Agreement 2: Advertising Agency Services
• Sub -Agreement 3: Media Agency Services
• Sub -Agreement 4: Consultancy Services for Developing Website
This part agreement includes strategic communication advice in Denmark. EIFO is relevant too high and low in the Danish business community - from startups over SMEs to large companies with billion -dollar export projects. As a relatively new business, we want to raise awareness of EIFO and our solutions among our Danish target groups. At the same time, EIFO is an independent public company that must be commercially and politically relevant to Denmark constantly. With changing social agendas and new political priorities, EIFO's essential agendas and strategic initiatives can change quickly.
The agencies must First and foremost, analyzing and understanding EIFO's needs and providing high -level communication advice. In addition, the agencies must, for example, be able to do the following:
• advise on communication strategy
• Provide communication advice in individual cases - eg handling of new political mandates, new important agendas, Crisis communication etc.
• Understanding EIFO's agendas and target groups and developing messages to the target groups
• Media training spokespersons
• advise on and perform effective communication across different channels, eg press, website, social media, newsletters, webinars, events (e.g. People's Meeting ...
