Description:
In this tender, Movia wants to obtain tenders for a contract for the provision of services and related services for use in a new ESDH solution in Movia.de Services and related services to be provided are further regulated in the contract with appendices. Delivery, implementation, operation and maintenance of a new ESDH solution, which is based on a "software as a service" ("SaaS"). The ESDH solution must meet a number of general and functional requirements as well as a customized functionality for supporting Movia's customer inquiries and web forms (the following referred to as the "solution"), cf. Appendix 2 (requirement specification) Movia wants the solution to be based on standard functionality (cloud) as far as possible, and that maintenance must be as simple as possible. There are services that particularly impose stricter requirements for the supplier in terms of the integrity of data, confidentiality and availability. Thus, it is expected that the supplier will at all times test and guarantee the integrity and completeness of the data processed in the solution. Movia wants to create independence from suppliers and products in order to optimize the utilization of its resources Both financially and business.
