Description:
The offering is part of the contracting entity organizing its purchases for use in the construction and renovation of district heating lines. The contracting entity has chosen to organize these purchases in the following four framework agreements: 1) Sub -Agreement 1 - Pre -insulated steel pipes (part of this tender) 2) Sub -Agreement 2 - Flexible Pre -insulatedPipes (part of this tender) 3) Framework agreement on the execution of earthworks 4) Framework agreement on the execution of pipe mounting This tender thus includes two sub -agreements, each offered as independent framework agreements. The framework agreement on sub -agreement 1 relates to the delivery of pre -insulated steel pipes and sleeves as well as certainaffiliated services, especially regarding the preparation of system and alarm drawings, sleeve mounting and design and execution of an alarm system. The framework agreement on sub -agreement 2 relates to the supply of flexible pre -insulated pipes and associated components. Delivery on both sub -agreements is done to the contractorsSupply area that is geographically H0je-Taastrup Municipality and Greve Municipality. In order to optimize the number of possible bidders and, based on the differences between the two types of pipes purchased, has assessed it appropriate to divide the purchase into two sub -agreements, cf. the utilities directive directiveArticle 65 (2). 1. The maximum financial value of the framework agreement on sub -agreement 1 is DKK 191,000,000 excl. VAT.
