Description:
Over the next 10-15 years, the port of Nyk0bing Falster will be transformed from a commercial port into a new district (Nyk0bing Falster "Havneby"). Guldborgsund Wastewater A/S, Guldborgsund Varme A/S and Guldborgsund Vand A/S (hereafter jointly "Builder") face one or more construction project (s) toenables the "port city". The builder needs technical assistance to design the construction project /construction project, including assistance in the preparation of tender material, as well as advice and supervision in the construction process. The contract offered in the main features of the following services: "Opland calculations onWater and heat, supplementary upland calculations on wastewater, preparation of tendering project, preparation and implementation of tendering, supervision, construction management and project follow -up, as well as' as executed 'and assistance to declarations, registration and rights.
Builders' hope is that the tenderer,which wins the offer (hereinafter "adviser") must assist the builder with all aspects of the port city. However, the builder, however, cannot know for sure how the builder's need for technical advice develops, just as the developer reserves the right to be assisted by other technicalAdvisers in connection with activities related to the port city if a special professionalism is needed that the advisor does not possess or if the advisor during the project may be in a conflict of interest.
