Alholm
Builder Advisory Offering Includes Consulting in Connection with the renovation of the Folkeskolen Hiller0d West School, Department. Alholm in total contract. The assignment includes a total builder advice from it Initial planning phase for the delivery business.
The builder consultant must assist with strategic and technical advice, coordination and quality assurance and ensure a holistic project implementation. The builder consultant must also work closely with the total contractor and Hiller0d Municipality to ensure a smooth process, clear interfaces and efficient task solution throughout the project process.
Alholm, Executive Order No. 341208-2025. The total contract agreement is expected to be concluded at the end of October.
The deal has one Duration of 3 years, but also includes two options, including Option 1: 1-year review and Option 2: 5-year review, cf. Appendix 1-Delimitation form for YBB 19.
It is agreed that the renovation is happening In phases and stages so that the operation of the school can be taken into account:
Access Roads, Farm Environment North of Stage 1.
• Stage 1 - Stage's Works on the Greenhouse, Wing D and E are completed Alongside.
