Description:
The contracted contract includes client consultancy in connection with the realization of the overall plan Vestbyparken, Department. 8, Vejle.
Vestbyparken is a department consisting of many different building sections, which have been built on a continuous basis from the 1930s until the 1950s. The department's 29 entrances thus contain housing, There are very different ones.
In accordance with the overall plan, all homes must be renovated in the department.

Builder consultant's services is shown in the project -specific benefit description and covers a wide range of client consultancy services.
However, the tasks of the developer advisory contract will primarily relate to the following services:
• Preparation of tender material and implementation of EU tendering of total contracting contract
• Offer assessments and contracting with a total contractor
• Quality assurance and project review
• Advice in connection with residents re -housing
• Financial management as well as contact with the Landsbyggefonden in connection with the implementation of a comprehensive plan
• Builder supervision and management in connection with design and execution
• Handling developer obligations in connection with design and execution
• Continuous follow-up on the delivery of KS material from advisers and contractors
