- VisitDenmark wants to increase awareness of Denmark as a meeting destination for international meeting planners - both in companies and in agencies. Therefore, VisitDenmark participates with a larger group of commercial players (about 15-20) from the Danish meeting industry at two annual, international meeting fairsin Europe; IMEX in Frankfurt (typically in May) and IBTM World in Barcelona (typically in November). In the duration of the advisory agreement, it can be changed which fairs VisitDenmark chooses to participate in.
It is crucial to VisitDenmark that there is access to a modern and interesting booth, as bothis inviting, Denmark shows as a serious meeting destination in the best way and at the same time gives room for as many partners as possible to hold physical meetings on the booth and concentrate on the essentials; To create business for the companies and organizations they represent.
