Description:
FSB is Copenhagen's largest general housing company with about 100 housing departments in Copenhagen and Gladsaxe. FSB is managed by our residents and we own approx. 13,000 public housing in Copenhagen. In addition, we manage approx. 1,000 youth housing and colleges. The properties are listed in the period 1933- 2025.FSB invitingHereby interested tenderers to bid on our offering of craftsmanship within the masonry area. The offer includes 7 sub-agreements as 6-year contracts. These are divided geographically.
Sub -Agreement 1 - Pool 1 - Bispebjerg & Emdrup
The offer relates to the purchase of craftsman services within the masonry areato all contracting departments. Provider wants to enter into a contract with one supplier per Sub -Agreement (Pool). The composition and size of the sub -agreements can be seen in Appendix E "Pool overview". The agreements are concluded in the form of a mandatory contract. A mandatory contract is defined as a trade agreementwith a contracting entity where the covered housing departments are obliged to use the contract entered into. In addition to a detailed description of the goods tendered, including the minimum requirements and the products must be fulfilled, refer to the tender list (Appendix C) and the requirement specification (Appendix D) and any anycorrections and answering questions. The historical volume of the contract is calculated on the basis of previous activity and expected activity changes with the assumptions known at the time of tendering.
