- H. Skj0de Knudsen A/S (hereafter "Skj0de") offers counseling services in connection with the construction of a nursing home in Anderup on Funen. The project includes nursing homes with 81 homes of approx. 6,500-7.200 m2.
Tender is divided into two sub -agreements: Sub -Agreement 1 - Technical Advice - Architectural Services and Sub -Agreement 2 -Technical Counseling - Engineering.
It is possible to apply for pre -qualification for both sub -agreements. If necessary, the applicant must submit separate and targeted applications (and later offers) to each part agreement. Each part agreement is thus considered an independent tender, and is not mutualdependent during the tendering process.
Skj0de is not even subject to the tender rules, but has undertaken to follow the Tendering Act because there is an expectation that the nursing home may become a general or municipal nursing home. The final owner of the nursing home has not yet been determined but may beOne of the general housing organizations located on Funen or Odense Municipality.
