Tendering of Administration Agreement for Ryetbo (Nursing and Housing Company)
The present task deals with the offer of a public contract regarding the administration of Ryetbo, which is located Ryetvej 20, 3500 Vaerl0se.
The contracting authority consists of the following entities:
• Ryetbo in (CVR no. 25790014)
• Ryetbo II (CVR no. 19220230)
• Ryetbo III (CVR no. 29100578)
• Nursing Home (CVR no. 45254275).
The assigned task is described in more detail in the requirement specification, cf. Contract Appendix 1.
There is a supply of ongoing administrative services ("basic services"), which is honored with a fixed administration fee and the offer of ad hoc assignments ("additional services"), which are honored after time.
The vast majority of the services that Ryetbo needs have the nature of basic services.
The tender is carried out electronically using the tender portal www.byggeproject.dk.
Property maintenance understood as the outside and interior Building maintenance as well as care and maintenance of service areas is not part of the administration agreement.
Deadline for filing an application for pre -qualification is July 23, 2025.
