Description:
The offer as a turnkey contract concerns the final design and new construction of a church and parish hall with associated outdoor areas, incl. a public wharf, on Teglholmen in Copenhagen. The building must be a distinctive building of high architectural quality that meets requirements for up-to-date church functions. The building must be built in an urban context with a close connection to the harbor and the water. The area around the building must be laid out as a publicly accessible park, which includes elements that can benefit the day care center on the neighboring property and the residents in the area.
The offer includes approx. 1,290 m2 (gross floor area) new construction as well as the construction works on the associated outdoor areas.
3,289 m2 (incl. approx. 1,410 m2 road area) and is located Cylindervej 9 in the north-eastern part of Teglholmen 0st, right by Frederiksholmsl0bet and is bounded by Topstykket and Alfred Nobels bridge to the west. The plot also borders Cylindervej to the south and a new inner canal to the east.
The contract is offered on the basis of a project material consisting of a project proposal and authority project with associated architect and engineering drawings and descriptions specifying architectural, functional and technical requirements for construction and outdoor areas.
The project proposal is based on a prior comprehensive user dialogue with the parish council (contractor) and the Diocese of Copenhagen, who have both approved the present project proposal. The Kgl. Building inspector also has been involved.
