Description:
This tender is a tender for a total consultancy contract with Naestved Havn for the preparation of a relocation plan for Naestved Havn's commercial port. The subject of the contract is offered as a tender with negotiation with prior publication of a tender announcement.
Naestved Havn is today located on an area ofade in Naestved city, which Naestved Municipality's city council wants to transform into a new district.
Naestved Havn and the city council have therefore initiated a process for the relocation of the commercial port. The future location of the commercial harbor must be found south or south-west of Svingbroen, further away from Naestved town.
For the stated reasonsr, Naestved Havn must present an exhaustive relocation plan for Naestved Harbor ("Relocation Plan") to the city council, which describes and deals with the possibilities for relocation of the commercial port.
The future commercial port must contain, as a minimum, wharf facilities and a port office.

The future commercial port must contain, as a minimum, quay facilities and port office.
The relocation plan must contain, as a minimum, descriptions of:
•environmental conditions,
•planning conditions,
•pollution conditions,
•permits from relevant authorities,
•and finances
oBelowconstruction costs, and
statement of future income opportunities
•concrete proposals (minimum one proposal) for the best possible locations for Naestved Harbor based on an overall assessment
