TITLE: Tender of shipping technical advice for the purchase of new ferry to Læsø Municipality

Description: In this call, the contracting authority wants to obtain offers for delivery of advisory services to purchase new ferry that will sail between Læsø and Frederikshavn. For current there are 2 ferries in operation on the route. The new ferry, as a starting point, could lift the current capacity and simultaneous supply of Læsø Municipality the necessary additional capacity, so the increased demand for travel to and from Læsø can be deserved.

It is expected that the ferry can be commissioned December 2023. Finally schedule must be planned with advisor for contracting of advisory agreement.

The offered task includes shipping technical advice and building supervision in the purchase of a newly built ferry with a presently expected capacity of 180-240 passenger cars, 600-750 passengers, a sailing time of approx. 1 hour and 15 minutes for the 14.7 miles long distance and a port time for the winding and loading of the filled ship in 15 minutes.
