Description:
The ordering party wishes to obtain offers for the set-up, operation and maintenance of charging stations on private municipal land, so that the ordering party fulfills its obligations according to the Order on the preparation for and establishment of charging stations in connection with buildings (BEK no. 181 of 05/03/2020) . The offerincludes 39 concession areas. The agreements run for 10 years. The task is divided into 3 subcontracts. The partial contracts are described in appendix 2a. The tenderer may submit an offer for all subcontracts, and may be awarded up to 3 subcontracts if the tenderer has submitted the most economically advantageous ttenders for each of the subcontracts. The award of the contracts will take place on the basis of the best ratio between price and quality, where the Ordering Party can give a maximum of 1,000 points, with the sub-criteria "Price" (550 points), "Signage and marking of stalls" (50 points), "Green current" (200 points) and "Greenne vehicles and construction machines" (200 points).
