Description: Hosting of all contracting entries servers as well as user support, including: • Hosting of approx. 29 Virtual servers • Operation of approx. 29 Virtual servers and 4 Physical servers • License management • Backup of data - 12 months • Monitoring • 24/7 Call • Incident and Change Management • Daily status email • Monthly report • Firstline support for 90 physical users • ENDPOINT operation and support, 90 -100 PCÉRE. The scope of the service is a snapshot of LTF's server infrastructure in Q2 2021. The scope can therefore be changed by contract start, at the same time the scope can be regulated up and down with regard to the number of users, servers, licenses, etc. in the term of the contract.
