Description:
The tender concerns the rental of tents, fixtures and toilets for the Climate People's Meeting 2024 to the contracting authority. The Climate People's Meeting is an annual event which puts the climate at the top of the agenda over three days in Middelfart in week 35. Under the theme of climate action together, the Climate People's Meeting is the biggest arena in the climate fight for ppractical inspiration. This is where researchers present the latest knowledge, companies show the most effective examples, and this is where both young and old come, see, listen, ask, understand, taste, experience and believe that we have a way if we stand together and act both collectively and individuallynot at all. The latest Climate People's Meeting in 2023 was the largest edition so far, with 34,000 visitors passing by. The Climate People's Meeting has 15 stages and over 100 stalls divided into party tents and mast tents, where associations, companies, organizations and many more organize debates and workshops forthe roofs.
