Description:
Fredensborg Municipality, Center for Town and Country, offers a contract for operation and maintenance of the municipality's lighting system. Over the past 3 years, Fredensborg Municipality has spent approx. 28 million DKK to update the road lighting system so that almost all the light points are now with LED. The municipality wishes with the offered conaim to support professional and constructive cooperation between the municipality and the winning tenderer throughout the contract period. Quality in the service is thus absolutely central to the municipality, which is why quality is highly weighted (70%) in the tender. The municipality will therefore continuously follow up on the collaboration and ensurethat both parties fulfill the agreed terms, including that the entrepreneur lives up to his offer. The follow-up will take place on a daily basis, but also at status meetings, where it is followed up on whether the terms of the contract are fulfilled and how the collaboration works.
