Description:
The tender concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement regarding development, further development, operation, maintenance and support of the integration platform SBSIP which includes the following services:
1) The transition which results in the SBSIP supplier taking over the development, maintenance, operation and support responsibility for the SBSIP system from the User Club's existing supplier.
2) The delivery, cf. Framework Agreement Annex 03 Delivery description which contains specific development tasks for delivery according to the schedule in Framework Agreement Annex 01 - Timetable.
3) Subsequent development and further development of the SBSIP systemone in the form of primarily agile development projects in close collaboration with the User Club.
4) Maintenance, operation and technical support of the SBSIP system in the members' operating environments and of Shared Services in the Hosting environment.
5) Handling and taking care of updates of the SBSIP system.
6) Continuous deploymentor of patches, versions and releases if necessary.
7) Operation of Common Services at the User Club's supplier of a common Hosting environment for limited services/products that can be used by User Club members.
8) Cooperation with the User Club's other suppliers and members, includingespecially the SBSYS supplier in the event of operational disruptions and implementation of problem management.
The offered services are described in more detail in the Framework Agreement with associated annexes.
