Description:
The tender concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement regarding development, further development, operation, maintenance and support of the SBSYS system, which includes the following services:
1) The transition resulting in the SBSYS supplier taking over the development, maintenance, operation and support responsibility for the SBSYS systemmet from the User Club's existing supplier.

2) The delivery, cf. Framework Agreement Annex 03 Delivery description which contains specific development tasks for delivery according to the schedule in Framework Agreement Annex 01 Timetable.
3) Subsequent development and further development of the SBSYS system in the form ofprimarily agile development projects in close collaboration with the User Club.
4) Maintenance, operation and technical support of the SBSYS system in the members' operating environments and of new Shared Services in the Hosting environment.
5) Handling and taking care of updates of the SBSYS system at each member 1- 3 times overthe year.
6) Deployment of patches, versions and releases by each member if necessary.
7) Operation of new Common Services at the User Club's supplier of a common Hosting environment for limited services/products that can be used by the User Club's members.

8) Cooperation with the rest of the User Clube suppliers and members, including especially the SBSIP supplier in the event of operational disruptions and implementation of problem management.
The services offered are described in more detail in the Framework Agreement with associated annexes.
Primarily, the SBSYS supplier must continue the work of modernizing the SBSYS system....
