The building case concerns all necessary work in connection with the complete renovation of 78 public housing, in Lejerbo department 023-0 Klostergarden, Klostervej, Hiller0d. The renovation includes a complete renovation supported by the rural development fund.

The apartments are built on 3 floors and were built in the 1950s according to a project carried out by architect K. Almer Nielsen. The 78 homes are spread over 4 blocks.
