Description:
The agreement includes Elevator service of the Municipality's total elevator portfolio (ref. Appendix 2.1 Location list).
The agreement includes an implementation period of one (1) month duration ("Implementation"), which includes services associated with taking over the operation of the entire elevator portfolio (ref. Appendix 2.1Location list).
Elevator service is an annual subscription comprising the allocation of a permanent dedicated and named resource (Fitter) for two full working days per week (Tuesday and Thursday).
Elevator service includes services and products in connection with:
• Statutory inspection (Control)
• Ongoing maintenancemaintenance and minor repairs (in connection with Inspection)
• Planning and participation in Periodic Inspection (Drop tests)
• Preparation of annual Condition Report for each Unit
• Participation in planning modernization of Units that are worn out or in default (Maintenance plan)
• Guard centeral
In addition, the Agreement includes supplementary repair and maintenance services comprising:
• Spare parts for ongoing and preventive maintenance of wearing parts
• Carrying out minor repairs
• Call-out system in connection with a stoppage of operations
The supplier must, as a rule, not provide alarm monitoringg and control center, but these services can be selected according to option. These services are provided by the Municipality. The supplier will do everything in relation to the call-in scheme fsva. Alarm calls, interface with third parties.
