Description:
In this tender, the Ordering Party wishes to obtain offers for the installation, operation and maintenance of charging stations on public roads in accordance with the AFI Act (Act 2022-04-04 no. 412 on infrastructure for alternative fuels for transport). The charging stations must be lightning chargers (min. 300 kW). The agreements run for 12 years. In this tender, the client has divided the task into 4 separate sub-agreements. The sub-agreements are described in more detail in Annex 2a (Sub-agreements). A tenderer can basically be awarded a maximum of 2 partial agreements. The award of the contracts will be made on the basis of the best ratio between price and quality, where the Ordering Party can give a maximum of 1,000 points, with the sub-criteria "Price" (250 points), "Ad hoc prices" (300 points), "Green vehicles" (150 points) and "Green construction machines" (300 points).
