Tender of a framework agreement on general and developer advice for Boligforeningen AAB
In connection with AAB's participation in competitions for the purchase of land that is offered for sale by municipalities, public companies, private developers or others with a view to building public family- , ungdoms, elderly or care homes, AAB wants to find three Advisors who will be able to provide advice in connection with the specific competition conditions, e.g. with the preparation of sketch proposals, visualizations and various descriptions.
AAB wants to find three general and client consultants who will be able toprovide advice in connection with the following tasks/phases:
Phase 1: Preparation of competition proposals/Offers/Ideas or similar for the purchase of land, cf. the competition requirements in the specific project.
Phase 2A: Total advice. The consultant's services will be described in more detail in the service description for Constructionri and Landscape YBL 18 (Appendix A1), the check-off form YBL 18 (appendix A2) and the project-specific task. AAB may, by mutual agreement with the Adviser, assign the Adviser to a general contractor in connection with the specific project. Handing over will take place after the completed phase Disposition proposal etcler Project proposal.
Phase 2B: Client advice during the execution of the project as a turnkey contractor. The consultant's services will be described in more detail in the service description for Builder's consultancy YBB19 (Appendix B1), the check-off form YBB 19 (Appendix B2) and the project-specific task.
