Description:
The tender relates to a framework agreement for the delivery of care and maintenance of 13 ball fields for Herlev Municipality, the sports area. The expected financial turnover of the framework agreement amounts to an estimated DKK 2,000,000. It should be noted that any service according to the maintenance plan (appendix 2) is planned and implementedttes by the Ordering Party in close cooperation with the Tenderer. The services will therefore depend on an ongoing need, weather and condition. The ordering party handles the purchase of grass seed, fertilizer etc. The tenderer must therefore not include this in the tender. The tender is carried out as a public tender, cf. the Tender Act, lov no. 1564 of 15/12/2015, which means that anyone can submit an offer.
