- The framework agreement regulates the Norwegian Property Agency's ordering of and the Contractor's delivery of security works in connection with new establishment, renovation, service and inspection of existing facilities, as well as the associated tasks.
The material content of the Framework Agreement can be one or more of the following eelements:
•AIA facility in relation to the concretely required level of security and the related project-specific work and building part descriptions, including connection of communication with the control center and guard center
•ADK facility, including the establishment of an access control system on designated access doors, porte, warehouse and cabinet doors as well as connection and installation of safety-approved motor locks based on the specified minimum requirements and the associated project-specific work and building part descriptions
•TVO system, including installation of system and mast including foundation
•Other systems used for security
• Mechsecurity, including supply and installation of security doors, door frames, box doors, roller grilles, single wire fences, coated and uncoated wicker fences, movable fences, palisade fences, press mesh fences, barbed wire in three layers, NATO barbed wire, high security gates, bollards, window and door grilles, roller blinds, security viwindows and frames as well as security doors
•Establishment of fiber infrastructure for security works
•Software update and software maintenance of system equipment, e.g. AIA centrals, ADK controller/reader TVO cameras, etc.
