Description:
The tender concerns the supply of locking services to Hiller0d Municipality. In Hiller0d Municipality, mechanical locks from Ruko and Abus are primarily used. In addition, Hiller0d Municipality uses electronic locking devices and components from SALTO Systems. The agreement is primarily aimed at handling ongoing operational tasks. By larger project tasks or in the case of construction projects, it must be expected that the Ordering Party also obtains offers from competing suppliers. Note that in Appendix 1 Specification of requirements there is a requirement that the winning Supplier has, and during the Agreement period maintains, a status as authorized Assa Abloy, Ruko and Abu's negotiate. In addition, it is a requirement that the winning tenderer must at all times have at least two employees who have completed external training in SALTO locking systems. The requirements are due to the fact that these systems are currently used on Hiller0d Municipality's cadastres and there is a desire to secure one uniform handling of access control across both land registers and in Hiller0d Municipality as a whole.
