Description:
The framework agreement concerns the purchase of buses over 7,500 kg. and associated luggage trailers. Furthermore, the agreement concerns the purchase of associated support, service and maintenance. For more details on the services, please refer to the agreement's appendix A.
The agreement includes an initial purchase of 30 buses as well as spare parts and accessories.The delivery deadline for the initial purchase is 31.12.2023. The initial purchase is ordered (by purchase order) no later than 2 days after entering into the agreement. FMI expects the agreement to be concluded by June 2023 at the latest. For details on the initial purchase, see section of the framework agreement. 4.2.1.
After this, FMI expects to primarily use the Agreementn for the purchase of Spare Parts and Services, as FMI expects, but is not obliged to, to purchase a further 4 buses. In Appendix A, FMI has specified a representative selection of spare parts and accessories which are expected to be procured under the agreement. However, with the agreement, FMI also wants tocould buy other spare parts and accessories that may be needed during the term of the agreement.
