Description:
Construction management in connection with the restoration and renovation of Danmarks Nationalbank, tendered as a tender with negotiation.
The Nationalbank's iconic headquarters located at Havnegade 5 in Copenhagen will, over a long period of time, undergo an extensive and necessary restoration and renovation that will ensure peaceing values and bring the building up to a contemporary working environment.
Danmarks Nationalbank (developer, hereinafter the Nationalbank) wants to find a dedicated, competent and professional construction management team that can assist with the execution. Danmarks Nationalbank wants to create a good collaborative culture in the project andemphasizes that all parties enter into a joint cooperation agreement.
When composing the organization, it is important that there is both a focus on professional and personal competences and organizational cooperation via mandate distribution and cooperation, decision-making processes, division of work, internal sparringng, handling financial interests and business focus. The overall focus must therefore be directed towards ensuring robustness, flexibility and openness in the collaboration.
