Description:
Byd infrastructure works, preparation of design basis, control surveying of properties, assistance in connection with handling rights and help with land registration. The land surveyor's services are expected to be included in all phases in connection with surveys prior to the preparation of the master plan and beconstruction plans and proceed to the surveying of properties and determination of purchase sums. Land surveyor services can also include surveying already existing areas, properties and owner-occupied flats, such as CityIt was decided not to divide the framework agreement into sub-contracts, as it is for the sake of the Citys assessment that a division of the framework agreement into sub-contracts and a resulting potentially increased competition does not outweigh the increased effort in the tender itself and the subsequent contract management.
