Description:
The purpose of this tender is to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier regarding the further development of Landsbyggefonden's operating support system as well as ongoing maintenance of and error corrections in the system. In addition, changes in the Landsbyggefonden's other IT systems may create a need for adjustments to operationsthe support system. Such adaptations will also be covered by the framework agreement.
The IT system for processing operating support has been developed to handle case processing and journaling of Landsbyggefonden's operating support cases. This is a system which can receive applications via an externally directed portalprovides operational support and fills in the majority of information on master data, accounting data, loan data, etc. Data is collected from information that is already present in Landsbyggefonden via other reports. You log in with your MitID and the associated role assigned by the individual housing organisation.
The system is divided into different case types, which have different workflows and milestones. Various mandatory documents are associated with the workflows, and several documents can be associated. For each case, e-mails in and out of the house are also recorded, the outgoing of which can be automaticsk bothered. Public housing belonging to public housing organisations, public housing for the elderly owned by an independent public housing institution for the elderly, a municipality or a region, public youth housing owned by a public youth housing institution and residential care homes can apply to the fund for operating support.
