- Tender for framework agreement on land surveyor services When tendering this framework agreement, the ordering party wishes to obtain offers for services performed by certified land surveyors, map and surveying technicians and technical draftsmen/designers. The offer does not include the following exhaustive list of services: • Land registry works: Subdivision, transfer of land, amalgamation, separation and closure of public roads, recording, closure and conversion of private shared roads, expropriation and demarcation. • Property registration: Registration of new servitudes, cancellation of existing servitudes, deeds, searching for information in the land register as well as interpretation and advice regarding servitudes (servitude statement). • Advice and law: Advice on rules and legislation for properties, development opportunities, physical planning and road law. • Technical surveying: Surveying of buildings, surveying of roads and facilities, mapping with e.g. drones and sales, surveying and/or supervision of construction sites. • Expropriation: Review of expropriation material, preparation of document packages, participation in pre-meetings, holding crime scene investigation, preparation of white paper, proposals for compensation, help in preparing a response to the valuation commission as well as holding appraisal business.
