- Silkeborg Municipality is offering a framework agreement covering client consultancy in this tender notice. With the framework agreement, an easier and more flexible process for entering into contracts is desired. At the same time, the framework agreement is expected to contribute to lower transaction costs for advisers."
Via the framework agreement can be procured client advice in the broadest sense. From initial strategic advice to commissioning of realized projects. A wide range of skills will therefore be in demand. For tasks with an expected client consultancy fee of less than DKK 750,000, there will usually be a direct allocation. The form of remuneration will be both a fixed price and included time with a ceiling. The client is free to choose between the 5 advisory teams with whom a framework agreement has been concluded. Over the term of the framework agreement, the client will try to distribute the tasks equally, but is not obliged to do so.
