Description:
During the term of the framework agreement, the Ordering Party's activities in the field of wiring will include: Expansion of the wiring network (new construction), planned renovation of wiring, repair and maintenance of existing wiring. The annual benefits will vary in quantities and dimensions depending on the speed of development, evidencerequests, demand, authority approvals, etc. There is thus no main timetable for the services. The ordering party expects that a total of approx. 10.5-20 million DKK excl. VAT within the Framework Agreement's described services. This estimate is preliminary and is not bindingthose for the Ordering Party. The ordering party is thus not obliged to purchase a certain amount of services under the Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement gives the Ordering Party the right, but not the obligation, to purchase the services covered by the Framework Agreement on the terms set out in the tender documents. The services mainly includelegend: Delivery of land, construction and blacksmithing services which must be carried out in accordance with AB18 incl. special conditions cf. Annex B to Draft Contract. If project start-up meeting, the detailed performance dates for the above will be agreed between the Client and the Contractor.
