- The tender concerns the supply of annual yard work on the ferry M/F Anholt in the period 2024 to 2027. It is expected that the yard work in the years 2024 and 2026 will be carried out at the wharf, while the yard work in the years 2025 and 2027 will be carried out in the dock or on bedding, so that the ferry which is at least up af the water every two years. However, changes may occur. The annual yard works are expected to take place at the times stated in the framework agreement. As a rule, the shipyard workers must make up 7 calendar days (from Monday to Sunday) incl. laying time from Grenaa/Anholt port to shipyard and return, dog with the exception of 2025, when the shipyard stay is expected to take 16 calendar days incl. relocation For a more detailed description of the yard period, refer to the framework agreement. The workers include the services listed in Appendix 2 Tab 4 of the Tender List shipyard workers. The ordering party annually selects in advance for the shipyard stay, the services that must be performed during the relevant shipyard stay, cf. the framework agreement. In addition, the contracting party has the right to have extra work carried out, cf. the framework agreement. In addition to the works mentioned in Appendix 2 - The tender list, and possibly additional work carried out by the tenderer, the client hasright to use a third party to carry out work on the ferry, cf. the framework agreement. The tender is carried out as a public tender, cf. Tender Act, LBK no. 10 of 06/01/2023, which means that anyone can submit a tender.
