Musikhuset wants to acquire a standard solution, but also wants the system to be configurable standard/framework system that can support the Musikhuset's requirements and needs.
Overall, the system must support Musikhuset's continued digitalisation, streamlining and optimization of ticket sales.
The Musikhuset wishes to enter into an agreement with a tenderer who wishes to enter into a collaboration with the Musikhuset on best possible utilization of the system. This must first of all be done through an implementation process, where the system is configured in an interaction with the Musikhuset's business needs and work processes in mind. In addition, the tenderer must contribute to delivering a better quality perceived by the users in the agreement period.
