- The Danish Business Authority offers a framework agreement for the development and maintenance of the agency's system portfolio. The agreement is divided into 6 sub-agreements with a varying number of suppliers on each, of which the first 2 sub-agreements relate to general development and maintenance services. The 4 other partial agreements are morespecialized service areas and relate to UX, websites, data science and data engineering as well as security testing.
Sub-agreement 1 Development and maintenance
Mainly concerns development and maintenance of IT systems. Tasks under this sub-agreement can be tendered by the Danish Business Authority as (1) development, (2) expansionmaintenance and further development or (3) acquisition, maintenance and further development.
Under partial agreement 1, the supplier has delivery responsibility for the development task and the maintenance task. See Appendix A for a more detailed description of the scope of the sub-agreement.
Part agreement 2 Consulting services
Part agreement ango IT consulting services in relation to new development and further development of IT systems. Correspondingly, the supplier is expected to carry out prototype processes, proof of concepts and analysis tasks. Finally, there are tasks related to project management and management as well as consultancy, project facilitation and security servicesare covered by the partial agreement. See Appendix A for a more detailed description of the scope of the sub-agreement.
Sub-agreement 3 UX
The sub-agreement concerns UX. The supplier is expected to deliver all services associated with well-tested designs and mockups in connection with the agency's IT projects.
