Description:
The Danish Agency for Economic Affairs intends to retender the current contract for the State's Group Payments (SKB)/Offentlig Betalingssystem (OBS). The contract relates to access to payment processing services, including in particular the processing of payments from account holders, including via Nemkonto and payments from account holdersrne. In connection with the payment service, payment information, receipt messages, electronic account statements etc. are exchanged. with the financial systems used in public institutions. This is currently primarily about Navision Stat, SAP, Oracle and KMD OPUS. The designation SKB uses, when state institutions and independent institutions under the state use the system as account holders. The designation OBS is used when municipalities and regions use the system as account holders.
