Description:
This tender includes a contract for the supply of support, maintenance and development of the police's SAP system (POLPAI Logistik).
The purpose of the contract is generally to ensure that the customer has access to support and that POLPAI Logistik is continuously maintained and further developed in the relevant scopeg, such that the client's business processes and needs can be continuously supported in an efficient and appropriate manner.
It is particularly important for the ordering party that the supplier's employees, who contribute to the fulfillment of the contract, have insight into POLPAI Logistik and the modules/business areas thatthe platform supports. Knowledge must be maintained in the supplier's consulting team throughout the duration of the contract.
The police's SAP system with integrations, called POLPAI, consists of an on-premise installation of SAP ECC 6.0, where a number of standard modules are activated. POLPAI stands for Police Personnel AAdministrative Information System. POLPAI consists of two parts, 1) Logistics and 2) HR. This tender POLPAI Logistik.
The customer uses SAP logistics modules to support materiel management (weapons, equipment, catering, etc.), service of equipment (weapons), handling of vehicles (service, repairs, bfuel accounting, etc.) and handling of uniforms.
