Description: The contracting entity provides contract for operation and modernization of the joint public data distributor (hereinafter the data distributor). This includes transition, operation, support, maintenance and further development of current data distributor. After transition in and in parallel with the delivery of benefits to the current data distributor, the supplier in close collaboration with contracting entity must develop a modernized data distributor. In parallel with the commissioning of the modernized data distributor, the current data distributor is phased out, and the supplier must then provide operations, support, maintenance and further development of the modernized data distributor.
