Description: The Financial Agency offers a contract for the provision of a common system (also called KIF) for supporting, contrast management, purchasing and invoice management process. The system must replace the Financial Agency's current purchasing and billing solution. The system must be part of the Financial Authority's system portfolio in the economy area.

The Financial Affairs will be a direct contract party with the supplier. The individual government authorities and the state independent institutions will by using the system to enter into connection agreements with the Financial Affairs.

For the purpose of handling the above needs, the Financial Agency wants to provide an established, modern and user-friendly standard system, which is continuously maintained and developed in line with standards and best pratice on the market.
