Description:
In connection with changing the area at Industriskellet and Industrivangen in Ish0j, from commercial to residential, the rainwater system and the waste water system must be changed so that it is adapted to the climate and can handle the changed waste water situation. The project deals with a new road profile for the two roads, Industriskellet and Industrivangen (approx. 1 km in total), new pavements, cycle path, parking pockets, LAR solution, rainbeds, ditches/Wadis along the roads. On the supply side, it is the establishment of a new drinking water line (500 m), a new rainwater system (approx. 1 km) and a new waste water system (approx. 1 km) incl. pumping station and tapdning (approx. 1.5 km). The principle for handling surface water is that roof water and water from parking areas is led to rainwater pipes, and road water is led on the surface to wadis, which are established along the road on both sides of the road. In addition, a basin is established to delay rainwater from the northpart of the catchment area.
