Description: The acquisition of cleaning services includes all DR's 10 locations, and consists of the following services:
- Daily cleaning
- Somizing kitchenettes
- Window cleaning
- Plant service
- Washroom service
- Mat and linen service
- Waste management
- Other services.

The services must be delivered in many different room types, including eg. Office areas, toilet and wet rooms, tea kitchens, common areas, technology rooms, workshops, fitness room, TV and movie studios and concert hall.

The cleaning performance itself is divided into 3 performance groups, all of which are included in the fixed subscription:
a) Services provided and checked by DS / Insta 800-1: 2018 4th edition.

b) Services supplied according to frequency and checked by quality form, cf. KPI Appendix 2.
c) Services supplied according to frequency and checked by DS / Insta 800-1: 2018 4th edition.
