Certificate paper must also have a holographic security film. The page 2 paper has a background pressure of the Food Agency's logo and the English names for the Ministry and the Agency. The background pressure is located diagonally on the paper. The first page of an export certificate is always printed on certificate paper and the subsequent pages are printed on page 2 paper.
