Description:
This tender concerns the tendering of labor market-oriented and company-oriented employment efforts for citizens in Ish0j Municipality, including courses for citizens with challenges other than unemployment. 3 partial agreements are offered. It takes effect. 1 June 2025 and ends on 31 May 2029. There is an option totender for 12 months
The tender is carried out as a tender in accordance with the tendering act (LBK no. 10 of 06/01/2023) section III on the procurement of social and other specific services (light regime) and the rules thereafter. The tender is held as a tender with negotiation, with a request for pre-qualification, valg of pre-qualified applicants, tender round with the submission of a preliminary offer and negotiation round. Then follows a round where the tenderers have time to review and submit a final offer. The final offer will form the basis for the client's evaluation and conclusion of the contract. Processen is described in more detail in the procedure section.
In connection with the pre-qualification, places are reserved for micro and small enterprises, cf. the definition of micro-enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises (2003/361/EC). Refer to the prequalification conditions for a more detailed descriptionof which.
